30 Days from 15% Body Fat to 12% Body Fat - A New World Record!

This is me, after just 30 days of the my program. I'm 44 years old, and I started with 15% body fat and a 34" waist. After just 30 days, I dropped to 12% body fat and a 31" waist. Unbelievable!

I'm 44 years old, and those are pictures of me taken at the same time of day in the same place, exactly 30 days apart. Notice that the hardest places to lose fat, namely the stomach, love handles, below the armpits on either side of the chest, are all noticeably more lean.

I have no reason to lie. I'm going to tell you exactly what I did. No charge. All the information is right here on this page.

I Google'd: 'Guiness Book of World Records body transformation' and got some bizarre results (caution if you try this yourself), but nothing like what you see above. The closest thing I found was:

I guess I need to contact the Guinness Book of World Records and suggest a new category: "Fastest Body Transformation"

Until someone comes along with faster results, I'm going to assume I have the world record for now.

Here's the Plan I followed:

And before I forget: I was already up to doing 8 intervals of Tabata Protocol 3x per week before I started following this plan. It wasn't like I didn't start out in pretty good shape. But if you've ever tried to get to low body fat yourself, you know those last 10 pounds are crazy-hard to get rid of, especially as you get older.

You need to FIRST be fit enough to do 8 intervals of Tabata Protocol. When you're just starting out, 2 intervals is enough, so follow the (Cardio) workout instructions to gradually build to 8 intervals at the pace your body can handle. If you can't yet do 8 intervals of Tabata Protocol (per the above website's instructions) you'll need to build up to that level of fitness at your own pace first.

Everyone knows that to lose fat, you need to burn more calories than you consume. But if it were that simple, any diet would work. Obviously there's a lot more to it than that. If you've tried dieting, or a combination of diet and exercise, then you know about plateaus, fatigue, lack of energy, etc. that comes with many diet and exercise programs.

The results other people are getting from my program are equally impressive.

Here's how this program differs from other diet and exercise programs:

What's the best exercise protocol to fire up the metabolism?

From studies performed on oxygen uptake, the Tabata Protocol won hands down. This means your cells are going to get the most oxygen possible from a workout. Cells need oxygen to burn fuel (food) efficiently without toxins and waste products accumulating (which you don't want, obviously).

Gradually build up to where you can do 8 intervals of Tabata Protocol every other day (3x per week). Follow the instructions on the tabataprotocol.com website. This is a total of 4 minutes of intense (and I do mean INTENSE) exertion (8 intervals at 30 seconds each = 4 minutes, not including the warmup and cool down). Be SURE to wear a Heart Rate Monitor (per the instructions on the MITxTreme.com website).

Tabata Protocol is going to fire up the furnace of your metabolism like nothing else can. And that means more fat is going to be burned more quickly.
What's the best diet to trigger massive fat loss?

It's too detailed for me to explain everything here about the Simeons Protocol diet. But the basics are that each 250 calorie meal is assembled from the 4 items allowed per meal: 1 fruit serving, 1 vegetable serving, 1 protein serving, and an optional carbohydrate serving.

I was prepared to eat as many of these 250 cal. meals throughout the day as needed, but when fat is being metabolized, one's blood sugar level remains stable and I didn't need to eat more than 2 meals per day. I guess if someone felt they needed more food, they could eat as many of these 250 cal. meals they need to.

The people I've shared this information with so far have gotten amazing results either way.

Remember: Each pound of fat has 3500 calories and as your body burns fat, those calories are released into your body to be used for energy just like calories from food you eat. Don't worry about your low calorie intake - as long as you take the right supplements to optimize your Krebs Cycle and target stubborn fat while retaining muscle, you'll be living off the calories stored in your fat from that cheeseburger you had 10 years ago.
